  Drink we ordered (fruit smoothie) was okay. They had 2 counters open but I was ignored by one of the cashier even though I was standing there waiting to order. Instead he decided to serve the lady that came in after me.

  When you are craving a ice coffee with milk and When you ask for a ice coffee with MILK not Cream they still put cream in and rush u out of drive through so fast you can't even bother to go back because u already waited 10 minutes to get it.. this is not the first time and yet once again out it goes in the garbage.

  The worst inside service I have experienced 3 times in a row. Eight employees behind the counter, 1 customer ahead of me, 2 cars going through the drive-thru and I still waited 10 minutes to order a coffee...RIDICULOUS!!!

  Was super busy lots of cars with sleds and skis so dealing with winter weekend tourists. Huge line but still got in and out in under 5 min. Great service
